Outdoor Wedding Setup

Our Design Process
Your Simple Path to "I Do"

Step 1 - Inquiry
Begin by submitting an inquiry, and we'll be in touch to arrange a consultation - an elegant first step toward creating a bespoke floral design for your wedding day.

Step 2 - Consultation & Vision
During your consultation, we’ll explore your style, colour preferences, venue details, and overall aesthetic goals. This is where we begin shaping a floral concept that feels distinctly yours.

Step 3 - Proposal & Confirmation
Following your consultation, you will receive a tailored proposal outlining your floral selections, design direction, and investment details. Once approved, a formal agreement will be provided, and a retainer is required to reserve your date. In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we finalize logistics, delivery timing, and installation details to ensure everything unfolds beautifully. Final Payment will be due two weeks before your wedding date.

Step 5 - Design & Mock-Up Session

Two to four months prior to your wedding, we will share visual inspiration boards to help bring your concept to life and finalize the designs.  At an additional cost, you can add a mock-up session where we create sample arrangements, such as bouquets and centerpieces to allow you to visualize your wedding day, fine-tune designs, and ensure colors, textures, and scales are perfect. *We will use the best available blooms for mock-up sessions, which may be different than wedding day selections.

Step 5 - Flawless Execution

On your wedding day, we coordinate with your planner and venue, allowing you to be fully present for your celebration.
