Shipping & Delivery

Oliver Blooms offers local flower delivery within Calgary and surrounding areas.

Delivery fees and available delivery dates are shown during checkout.

Same Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time, subject to product availability and delivery capacity.

During peak floral holidays, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, graduations, and major event periods, delivery times may vary.

Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:

  • Leave the flowers in a safe location

  • Leave the order with the concierge or reception

  • Contact the recipient directly

  • Attempt redelivery when possible

 

Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery requests.

Weather & Seasonal Conditions

Delivery schedules may occasionally be impacted by severe weather, traffic, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding during these situations.

Store Policy / Returns & Refunds

Store Policy

At Oliver Blooms, we take pride in creating fresh, high-quality floral designs and carefully preparing every order.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, all sales are final.

​

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Fresh flowers

  • Plants

  • Custom floral arrangements

  • Wedding or event florals

  • Seasonal or holiday products

  • Perishable gift items

If There Is an Issue With Your Order

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery.

To review any concern, we require:

  • Clear photos of the flowers or product

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

 

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not qualify for review due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers.

Quality Concerns

If flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Partial store credit

  • Replacement flowers

  • Refund consideration in limited situations

 

Replacements or refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

​

  • Normal flower aging or wilting after delivery

  • Improper flower care

  • Flowers exposed to extreme temperatures, sunlight, pets, or neglect

  • Minor variations in flower varieties, colour, or design

  • Issues reported beyond the review window

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Orders successfully delivered to the address provided

Cancellations

Custom and same-day orders may not be cancelled once floral preparation or delivery has begun.

For advance orders, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
